We're in an exciting phase of strategic growth, and we're seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in refining our internal processes, scaling our operations, and maintaining the high standards that define the Full Circle experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of residential painting projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and crew management.
- Analyze project performance metrics and provide reports to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Hire, train, and supervise painting crews, fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and accountability.
- Work with Admin & Sales to develop new systems and processes for company
- Assist in Implementing new systems with crews in field
- Develop & implement SOP's for all projects
- Verify Production Rates
- Schedule, manage & invoice for change orders & carpentry
- Setup & Close out projects, collect payments & ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate directly with ownership to design and implement new systems and processes that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
- Help foster a culture of professionalism, respect, and accountability throughout the company.
- Monitor & Maintain inventory of painting supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, repeat business & referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business growth and customer retention.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Managers to review projects, processes and address issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the residential painting, construction, or home services industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and staff effectively.
- Proficiency in MAC Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can address challenges like seasonal slowdowns, weather related schedule changes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to speak Spanish &/or Portuguese is a plus
